New install questions

I am replacing an old gas boiler. I had a few quotes and the final quote offered me two options. A Williamson or a Weil MacLain.

I have attached images of the specs on both from the quote as well as the existing spec on the old boiler. ( the plate on the boiler) My questions are the new boilers adequate for sizing or oversized . I have 12 old cast iron finned radiators .most are 3 ft with one 6 ft. Which would you recommend the Williamson or Weil? The old system was gravity and the new will have a circulator pump. Sorry about the images not formatting in a row. Thank you for any advice on this .
