The Big Boy came thru Nebr. on Aug 4, 2019.

It stopped in Columbus coming from Fremont NE., about 50 miles.

It spent the night in Fremont so I assumed it was greased before leaving and needed greasing again 50 miles later. That is a fairly involved process. So the maintenance on steamers is demanding.

I recorded with an Ipad which was overheating and shut down as I was standing next to the boiler. Definitely a heat maker. BTW, it does burn oil now.

Took 2 grandsons to see it
