Rheem Hybrid Water Heater - Startup Noise

Has anyone experienced the startup noise as seen in the video attached (At 30s mark).

Any idea what can be the cause of that? The water heater was installed in August 2023 so it's still under the installers warranty.

    Anyone have an answer? Started hearing this sound after a week of install.

    Are you talking about the 2 second vibration sound at 30 seconds in?

    I have not heard that before

    First thing: you'd have to take the shroud off before it starts up and then it would be a challenge to stand there and wait for the sound to occur and you'd then have two seconds to locate the source. Or you can send this video to tech support at Rheem and maybe they could i.d. it.
