What size system?
single or multiple indoor units?
model #(s) would help.0 -
Using the wireless remote control, or a wired Mitsubishi thermostat, or a normal (ecobee, nest, etc.) thermostat with an adapter? Kumo cloud control? Multi-head? Ever worked right? New install?0

Single unit.
MSZ WR12NAThat’s a 1-Ton unit. Here in the Isl of long that would be good for 750 - 1250 sq ft roughly.0 -
What temps does the remote show? I'm not sure if it senses at the remote or at the head, but I can't think of any reason that it would work normally but not shut off, unless it thinks it's still too hot/cold.0

Remotes read at the head. They NEVER want to shut down0
