I see lots of valves. At least three zone valves and a pressure reducing valve. Which valve?
What is the system pressure? Is a thermostat calling for heat? Does the boiler run? Does everything have power?
In other words... a lot more information.Br. Jamie, osb

Are the pipes closet to the boiler hot?
Is the Emergency switch on?
Is the circuit breaker on?
If LP gas, do you have automatic delivery?

If it was working before and now it is not something has changed.
start off by looking at the gauge on the side of the boiler. Two scales one is temperature the other is system pressure. They are both in same gauge. Pressure should be 12 psi minimum and temperature if boiler is working 160- 180.
then see if any of the piping near the boiler is warm or hot. Be careful. Then listen to hear if any circulators are running. They are very quiet so you have to get close to listen.0
