    It’s a little better than nothing🤫 Not much you can do to improve

    some edge insulation could help, but it is tricky to detail that and hide the edge

    Hot Rod do you think insulating my heat exchanger would make a big difference?

    Probably not a huge difference. It may keep it from dripping condensation when cold glycol hits it.

    Some manufacturers have foam insulation jackets that fit perfectly. Or whittle one out of some rigid foamboard.

    A sheet of Armaflex™ can be used with good effect. That's what I did, & it looked pretty nice.
