Need to replace a 30 year old Payne 115,000 BTU furnace. I only need heat, no A/C. Which brands should I consider? Would like two stage with ECM and high efficient heating. Mounting horizontal.

Trane/Amer.Std uses stainless steel in both primary and secondary heat exchangers.
