Circulate air from radiant heat.

I have a garage that has radiant heat and an addition that doesn't. Is it possible to heat the addition by circulating air from the heated garage?

By radiant heat do you mean a heated floor? Of course you can circulate the air -- if they are immediately adjacent, just a fan... the only question would be is there enough heating capacity in the garage to heat the addition as well.Br. Jamie, osb

Like an open loft over the garage or a closed space?0

You would need to circulate the air, like a supply air duct and a return duct.
Possible hazard would be CO gases from garage blowing in to that non-garage room.
Possible hazard of a fire in the garage quickly blowing smoke in to or even an easy path for the flames to get to that other space. I had to put 3/4" drywall on the ceiling and adjoining wall of my garage to help slow down fire intrusion into the main dwelling.
