Any way to rebuild these supply valves?

HI attached is a photo of the valve. The radiator traps are Milvaco ( Milwaukee valve Co), but the valves don't say Milvaco ( they do have an "L" in a figure though.

Funny, I have the same brand (non regulating) valve in my house. I posted about it a few years ago and got some responses and a link. Here is my discussion.

And here is the link they posted to some information. Not sure if it directly helps you, but I always view any information as better than none.

The ad says it is packless but the patent clearly shows a packing at the very top of the stem.

Hmmm.. Other than the ad being dated 1914 and the patent submission 1905 could be some type of improvement..
In the Patent they do mention the packing.. 🤷‍♂️.. haven't seen any in my neck of the woods..
