My furnace is turning on every 20 min to keep the water in my boiler at temp, should this keep circulating up to my cast iron radiators?

    Maybe. Maybe not. We would need to know more about how your system is plumbed and pumped. Also on why the boiler is holding temperature -- is it for domestic hot water production or what?
