This is the Burnham Revolution that added a heat reclaimer to boost its efficiency. Model # may be RV3NSl-22. I will pay for a copy on the I and O manual. Contact me at timmcelwain@gastcri.com

Did you search at U.S. Boiler? They typically have all the archived manuals for sunseted equiptment.
