Carbon monoxide near miss
Hard to imagine a leak that small putting out that much co1.
Must have been burning poorly aa well.
Also surprised that the building department didn't insist on detectors as per code

I've never regretted NCIS low level detector...throw away in 5 yrs although mine are 8yrs old. Super sensitive. Goes off when The old Durango warms up in driveway or the cooking gets a little crazy...Ive brought them away with us like Jim Davis always told us... save your life...you don't know whats not piped right in the motels mechanical room next to you... mad Dog1
