Hi. The pipe coming out of the back of my boiler to the external wall drips every time the boiler is turn on for the central heating. Is there a likely cause? Thanks

A little hard to say based on the pictures... what does the pipe connect to inside? What kind of boiler is this?

Is it a condensate drain for the boiler?

Unless you’re in a climate where freezing never occurs, no piping (including the drain) should ever be run on the exterior.

Is it connected to the pressure relief valve on the boiler?

If so you may have a faulty air expansion tank.

And note the comment about freezing.
