Hi. The pipe coming out of the back of my boiler to the external wall drips every time the boiler is turn on for the central heating. Is there a likely cause? Thanks

Is it a condensate drain for the boiler?
Unless you’re in a climate where freezing never occurs, no piping (including the drain) should ever be run on the exterior.Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0 -
Is it connected to the pressure relief valve on the boiler?
If so you may have a faulty air expansion tank.
And note the comment about freezing.0
