Hot water for a gym and fitness center in NYC

We're finishing this new gym in the next two weeks. They expect up to 18 showers to be running at once between the men's and ladies' locker rooms. PVI was picked for the job. I have to admit...it's a well designed and built water heater. Simple and shiny stainless steel throughout.

No. Those are for hydro-air coils by the HVAC contractor....whole 'nother story involving the question "What's a low water cutoff?"

Yeah, they're $30,000 each. Times three. What the heck. It's only money, right?

Hi, Larry. The job is subject to NYC Dept of Buildings inspection, so I'm guessing they are 2.5 at most.
