I would greatly appreciate your feedback: I own several Residential Investment Properties in Queens, New York.

(1). Natural Gas Steam Boiler - Can someone please recommend the BEST BRAND of natural gas steam boilers? I am currently using a BURNHAM. I was advised it is almost at the end of its life cycle. This equipment is 40+ years old, with absolutely no issues until recently. I was advised that steam is now slowly leaking out of the boiler. I already had 2 Contractors inspect the boiler, but I do not feel comfortable hiring them to install a new boiler for me. This is a 2 family house.

(2). What is the requirement for a CONTRACTOR to have his/her business listed, here on the heatinghelp.com, website under the "Find A Contractor"?

Hiring THE BEST CONTRACTOR is 98 percent of this equation, even if hypothetically speaking, I spend one million dollars on new equipment.

I am doing lots of due diligence on my end. I see some Contractor names here on this website and lots of others under THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU website as well. I just DO NOT know who to trust. I need someone who is HONEST and is HIGHLY knowledgeable with STEAM HEATING Systems.

Please....HELP, HELP, HELP...... THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
My name is Michael. My phone # is (212) 486-8129. My ZIP CODE is 11420.

Forget the names in the box. Concentrate on the name of the installer!

The top in New York area is @JohnNY , at least in my humble opinion. If @EzzyT works in New York ((not sure he's licensed there, he's also one of the best. @Danny Scully is also superb, but again I'm not sure he works in your area. I'd give all three of them a PM or a call (to send a PM, click on the name there).
