You absolutely have to get a professional -- with the proper equipment both to clean the boiler and to check it and adjust it (and, most likely replace the nozzle again and perhaps a few other parts -- you probably cross-threaded it).
And you have to do that before you try to run the boiler again. Don't even think about turning that boiler back on at this point.
Yes, it will cost money. And I can understand that you may not have that money right now. But it will cost a good bit less than burning the house down. Is there a low income assistance program available? Do you have a church?Br. Jamie, osb

Do they have a program for repairs?Jesse1minnesota said:Im on energy assitance already they paid for the fuel and im tapped out on what they will help me with

First of all you're not 'on energy assistance'. You're on your own. Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) is just that assistance for people who qualify to help with their energy needs.
You could've used you Cash Benefit for repairs, but the program makes the participant use their cash benefit first (usually on oil).
Your county may have an assistance program to do repairs. Over here it is the Weatherization Program.
But you do need a professional, plain and simple. A competent professional will have the tools, parts and training to properly and efficiently repair the heating system better, and cheaper in the long run, then trying to get help over the internet and keep throwing parts at it.
And of course there is a chance of creating a dangerous situation. There was an error rendering this rich post.
