    UPDATE: I added the big mouth and insulated the mains and the system is running great. I dialed back the varivalves all the way to “closed” on all radiators with the exception of the last two down the line. Everything is heating up quickly and at the same time. Thanks everyone for your help!

    I am curious. By any chance did you do the radiator vents first, run the system and then add the Big Mouth to see which did what?
