Honeywell TH5220D Thermostat System Settings...might be a simple question

Hi, I installed a TH5220D for my old Goodman cple24-1c heat pump with AUX.

Should the correct setting be:

1 heat/1 cool heat pump

OR

2 heat/1 cool heat pump?

    2H1C with aux heat landed on the W2/Aux terminal & a jumper from Y2/E to W2/Aux. This isn't a dual-fuel (gas/oil heat vs electric) is it? That application will require some additional controls for correct operation.
