Closed cell foam separating from cavity wall

Northern IL. January spray during single digit temps. Closed cell foam. I am homeowner and GC. I expressed numerous concerns to the insulating contractor with spraying during cold temps before they came out here and started spraying. Can someone here familiar with closed cell foam confirm my concerns with the way this has cured? Thanks in advance.

Hi, The spray foam manufacturers have installation guidelines for their products. I think I'd start by getting that information. It's extremely important to follow them as the wrong mix can create a toxic environment. At a minimum, the failed foam could/should be cut out and resprayed in the right weather conditions.
