Flame opinion?

I'm attaching 2 photos, one with flash, one without. Unit is a 1960's Weil McLain JB steam boiler. While I know to get something definitive you need a combustion gas analyzer, I'm looking for folks initial opinion. Flame is blue right above the burner and goes to orange the higher one gets. Air controls are almost wide open on the burners.
No black soot on the exchanger but it's all over a pale green (???)
Thanks!

My opinion as a service technician is that you should call in a professional to perform a combustion analysis. Especially considering the age of that equipment.

Colored flames could be a sign of minerals (dust) in the air. Are you running a humidifier? See https://forum.heatinghelp.com/discussion/179147/dirty-gas for a similar event

Very pretty. That orange flame suggests dust. Now go and find a service technician who can properly measure and adjust the combustion.

Yes, a combustion analysis is obvious. What's with the green scale?

It's quite dusty. No soot on the exchanger. I have to measure gas consumption vs. burner input rating first. At 660,000 BTU/Hr nameplate input, I should be using 10.637 CFM at the meter.

I was wondering if it was overfiring, but that would leave soot, yes?

Room CO is very low. (wall unit with ppm readout.)
