I'm not at all familiar with that setup but for starters, the refrigerant lines were triple vac'd to 500 microns and held?
The charge is correct according to Space Paks specs?
Reversible drier?
Are the blower motors PSC or ECM?
Ductless or ducted or both?
Indoor units match the capacity of the outdoor unit?0 -
Thanks for your comments
This unit is a Mononbloc .
No refrigerant lines to connect, only water lines.
The Heating System is Hydronic Radiant Floor. No fan coils
The compressor is an EVI Scroll type covered with an insulation blanket .
The compressor makes quite a loud sound at shut down, like liquid
or refrigerant gas dead heading
almost like a horn type sound.
The evaporator coil fans are very loud also . More than 62 decibels as

Have you tried the mfgr's tech support?0

Obviously, the problem is internal to the unit. I’d call tech support.
Never had that problem on what we installed.Bob Boan
