Chimney-As-Chase

Hello all,
I'm having trouble finding a National Fuel Gas Code for repurposing a masonry chimney to be used as a chase containing not only (either) CPVC/Polypropylene/AL29-4C boiler venting to the roof but also a gas line to a rooftop generator and an electrical conduit to the same generator all in the same chase. This can't be an approved installation but I can't illustrate it to the building. Any guidance to a defining Code is appreciated.

What if it was a wooden chase boxed in by sheetrock? That would pass. Just because it used to be a chimney I don't see a problem.

Is this existing or a proposed retrofit?

My only concern is the Fuel Piping! It "May" have to be double piped and vented.

    Is this a commercial building?
I think chapter 7 of the IBC addresses it.
