Looking for a company that repairs or installs coal auger and gear box systems for steam/ hot water boilers.

    Just one system or do you have a bunch.
    Actually there are a few guys on here into coal and I'm sure one will have some resources.

    Cant imagine there's much demand for them anymore.
    Augers are still in use in commercial ice making and the vineyard industry.

    Augers and gearboxes are pretty standard on some industrial equipment for bulk powder and solids.  Some shops specialize in building them.  Any good machine shop could build a auger if you have specs for the flights, shaft and pitch.

    Machine shop could likely rebuild the gearbox too.

CS&E in Pittsburgh, Pa. installs and services larger units for both hard and soft coal plus other off the wall systems including units that burn almost any kind of burnable products including saw dust, and burnable chips.
