Boiler System & Viessmann Low Loss Header 80/60

Hello,

I'm in the process of designing a boiler system and due to limitation of budget I can only go with a Navien NFB-200 as opposed to its comparably sized Viessmann boiler. I have used the Viessmann low loss header 80/60 before and really like the product. Wonder if this low loss header is compatible for other boiler brands? If not, I would have to go with the Caleffi SEP4.

Thanks!

Have you done a heat loss calculation? 200k btu is very large boiler. The average sized home needs less than 50k btus.

The Caleffi Sep4 will work with any boiler that needs a LLH.

Thank you! 3 floors in house in which one is on an uninsulated slab. Big house. My heat loss calc is oversized and came out to about 140k BTUs for the house. Didn't look at the size of the current boiler but it sure is a big mod con. Greatly appreciate your input.

I used the Viessmann on my new system with the Viessmann boiler .... frankly ... the Caleffi looks nicer.
