How to troubleshoot ecm motor

I ran across a ecm motor today that gave me the flux. If you ran across this motor what will be your steps to troubleshoot it.

    I have an ECM driver which I use to troubleshoot. I'll get you some info when I'm closer.

    Just don't use the little key chain with the spinner thing to determine if the rotor is turning. It'll only tell you if the stator is seeing power, generating a magnetic field intended to drive the magnetic rotor.
