A shout-out to my teacher

Thinking of Gil Carlson, who went to his reward 26 years ago today. He died about a month before I published Pumping Away. I planned on sending him a signed copy with my great thanks, but I missed that deadline (no pun intended).

Today, I thank all those who teach, and all the students, old and young, who are wise enough to pay attention.

Thanks.
Retired and loving it.

I had the opportunity to attend your seminars early on in my career. I found your books afterwards. Your teaching and knowledge inspired me to be the best I can. I am a better technician and person because of it.

    Thank you, Dan!
