Wire diagram/Just plain help!

I work for a school built in 1928 and the have some very old pneumatic heating unit ventilators. I’ve replaced all the parts on it but I can’t get the motor to carry a load. It just spins very slowly on both high and low speeds.

Just trying to figure out what my problem could be. Does anybody have a wire diagram or any advice what my problem could be?

I think you are going to need to provide more info.
A picture of the pneumatic control and the motor nameplate would be a good start.

How are your skills with a multimeter?
If you can measure volts, amps and resistance and you post pictures of the wiring and capacitor someone here could probably walk you through it.
If that is not in your wheelhouse, you could just replace the motor. It doesn't look very expensive to replace and has lived a long prosperous life. Come to think of it, I heard my kids say that about me the other day :|
