I agree with @Steamhead gate valve stripped out and dropped gate. Closing the valve in the parrallel flow zone cause the boiler to build pressure and forced water up through the drip and out the open tee0

Has to be a bad King Valve on the counter flow side, failed closed, and when they closed the king valve on the parallel flow side, boiler pressure pushed water back through the drip and down the main.0
