Best Combi Tank for DHW and hydronic water heating?

I am replacing a tankless water heater for domestic water and in-floor heating. Modulating-condensing boilers may be more efficient and longer lasting, but in addition to substantial installation prices, warranties often require annual maintenance by certified contractors, a substantial ongoing expense. Are combi tank systems still manufactured?

Bradford White / Laars still makes one. Not all that efficient but a nice unit, I've installed a few. How is your tankless set up to run both? Is there a heat exchanger in place to separate the domestic and space heating to eliminate Legionella growth?
