steam boiler sizing

Options
Here's an easy one. quoting a steam boiler replacement where the load is 211 EDR. the boiler also has a hot water baseboard loop off the main vessel. not a coil or other heat exchanger. the baseboard is 18000 BTU. how does this get figured into the equation? what size boiler will handle this combined load or do i only size for the 211 EDR?

Size for the EDR. That has a pickup factor built into it (at an EDR of 211, it would around 60,000 BTUh). In the unlikely possibility that both the hydro zone and the steam system are calling together, the pickup will be ample to feed the system. If they both start exactly together (even less likely!) all that would happen is the boiler would come up to steam a little slower.

    What @Jamie Hall said

Hot water load cannot exceed your pick up factor which yours does not so your good.

You only size for the 211 EDR, do not add extra for the hot water loop.
