Water empty system.
I have a one pipe steam system, and recently my system will not stop emptying itself of water through the over flow line underneath the back flow preventer. Once I manually refill the tank with water it will start to empty all the water out. any suggestions as to why?

Post a few pics, standing far enough back to see more than just a little bit of pipe.0

Most likely the backflow preventer is shot -- but I'd have to see pictures of the install to say for sure.Br. Jamie, osb
