Replacement burner tubes for old hot water furnace

I have a small apartment building with 2 hot water natural gas furnaces. Gaz industries GS 400 400K input 320K output
. They work well enough but the burner tubes have seen better days and the flame isn't as blue as it used to be. I would like to know where I could get replacement burner tubes. I know the furnaces are old and inefficient but they are very reliable and keep the 24 apartments toasty.
Thanks for any help.

Usually nothing much goes wrong with the tubes unless they are warped or damaged. Are they cast iron, aluminum or steel? I would suggest checking with the manufacturer if they are still in business. Looks like a Canadian product. Just working around the burners will stir up dust and change the flame color. I would check the boilers with a combustion analyzer. That will tell you what is going on. The burners may need just a good cleaning
If they are not still around you may be out of luck. Possibly you could get enough good burner tubes to keep 1 running and replace 1 boiler at a time0 -

They are still in business and making the same type of boilers0
