Saddle Tee

I have a customer who would like to avoid welding Tees into an existing 6" steel pipe.
Has any one ever used a product like this? https://pipemanproducts.com/proddetail.php?prod=JCM-412-Carbon-Steel-Flanged-Tapping-Sleeve-with-Shop-Coat
Other ideas?

Is there a good source online for something like that in the 1.5" - 3" range? Looks interesting.0

All sorts of 920's on eBay, great prices also, look for sellers that offer free shipping and have a lot of sales and reviews.EYoder said:Is there a good source online for something like that in the 1.5" - 3" range? Looks interesting.
Amazon shows some also. A lot of Wholesalers have online shopping, I think Ferguson does?

I've never used the flanged type like you posted, but the Victaulic mechanical tees like ratio linked I've installed hundreds of with great results. I can't recall the MFG but I put together an 8" CPVC manifold for a pool heating cascaded boiler system a couple months ago using saddles similar in design to what you posted but with glued branches. Fit very tight and worked great0
