That application is a challenge for most circs out there. It forces the circ to run very high on it's curve.
I like the Grundfos 15-58 a little better than the 007 for that application.

Domestic recirc pumps are an option, but usually more $$. I used this Grundfos UP 10-16 on a two loop system.

Or the B&G Vario dials down fairly low.
