Water Bug Alarm

Hi Guys, looking for a good quality water alarm. Something that is totally independent of any other alarm system. I had got the cheap ones with the 24V transformer, but reliability is a big issue over cost. Some boilers are in pits and if sump pump was to fail and there was a boiler leak it could be very costly. Ideally, 110V plug in, high decibel water alarm. Any advice - greatly appreciated.

Just use the little switches or sensors that attic furnaces and hvac units use in the secondary drain pan.0
