Hi guys how's it going on NYC and I wanted to change my thermostat the picture of the current one is attached I wanted something that I could program for a lower night time temp and morning setback please let me know what you guys think thanks

Many people like the Honeywell VisionPro, which can use a remote sensor if needed.
In regard to setbacks, use a very small 3 degree at most, and see below:—NBC

One thing to be aware of when it's very cold and windy is you could lose power. If you did lose power, better to starting the cool down from 70 than 63.
That may not be enough but it could just be enough to prevent frozen pipes.
