2 Zone Taco Heating don't heat at the same time.

Hello - I am having a problem with my heating system. I have two zones and when one of the zones is heating up the other stops and vice-versa. Even though both thermostats say "heating" and both pumps are hot. We just installed the system 6 months ago and this is our first winter firing it. Not sure if the problem sits with the system, electric box (Taco) or thermostats. Thanks

Could be a few things. Can you get some pics of your current set up?
You can have it good, fast or cheap. Pick two

I think it was the zone board. I opened it to find that there was a switch to control the zone priority. I turned it off and now the zones are firing independently. Yes it is a SR502. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
