Poly pipe in B vent

I am looking at a project that involves using 2-4" condensing boiler flues in an existing 14" B vent.
We would like to be able to sleeve the 60' vertical pipe without having to cut into the pipe to provide support. I have seen products designed for smaller single pipe applications.
I am wondering what is available for this larger application.

@ Zman
We used this product on a commercial project last fall. We lined a 50' masonry chimney with (2) 4" PPS flexible liners.0 -

Thanks Dan,
I like how that came out.
I am concerned that the 2 round pipes within the bigger pipes will want to move around.I am also wondering how the code authorities will rule on it.
What do you think of this detail?
It would only be anchored hard at the bottom, the rest could go up and down with ease. This would be using hard pipe."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
