Started a complete ripout and replacement of a very inadequate duct system including all 4" branch lines. I recut all the stackheads in and ran new trunk. The old return was tiny at 18X7 which fed a oversized 100,000 BTU Janitrol furnace. Going in with a York 96% 80,000 BTU furnace and a York 17 SEER condenser. It's a lot of work but we're moving along.
