A job that was signed on January 26th has finally come to a close. Today July 11th Cypress Brewing company is in the process of brewing their first 30BBL batch of Naughtier a Christmas beer which is barrel aged until Thanksgiving.

I made my own beer for years with a buddy, we used to make up a 6-1/4 gallon batch up every other week. We did that an hour before the Monday night game so we could sample the fruits of our labor as we watched. After the fermentation (7-10 days) we would fill a case of 12 oz and a case of 16 oz bottles and set them to age for 6- 8 weeks.
