Need simple cooling thermostat with on/off switch.

in THE MAIN WALL
Have a sunroon with two high ceiling vents. One that blows into the loft on winter days and the other blows the heat out on summer days. Both vents have separate cooling thermostats, but neither have on/off switches. So, until I disconnected the 'outside' blowing vent's thermostat, it would also come on when the ceiling air got hot and blow the heated air outside.
Any suggestions on a cooling thermostat that has an on/off switch? I can find dual heat/cooling units, but not just a cooling thermostat with on/off. Does not need to be digital, but can go that way if suggested. Thanks for any suggestions.

    Can you just set the one controlling the blowing outside to some ridiculously high temperature?

    Maybe switch to one stat and a indoor<->outdoor toggle switch? You could even get fancy and have a temperature controller with an outdoor sensor switch the vents automagically.

    Are these line-voltage, or your run of the mill 24volt?
