Hot-water zone off a steam boiler

I read the following article regarding building a hot water zone off a steam boiler using a heat exchanger with interest.

However, I cannot find a plumber in north NJ who appears to be familiar with this kind of setup. Any idea where I can find a suitable plumber?

This is the OP.
Thank you for everyone who replied.
I got in touch with someone who should be able to work on the system. I'll be back if I need any more help.
Thanks!0
