Where's the skim port?Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

Have you established a relationship with a service provider? That would be far best.0

Look. At least it's not last winter -- although the forecast I saw suggests snow for tomorrow!Br. Jamie, osb

Very nice looking! On the gas, your inspection people are good with the Trac running like that? We generally would run a nip to the ceiling, run a short nip and anchor it, then Trac it.
Keep up the good work0 -
Looking nice!!!! Of course on an EGH-95 I'd've run a 5" header but I like big pipes lol......DL Mechanical LLC Heating, Cooling and Plumbing 732-266-5386

We would have used a 4" header if we had known the tappings were 3". But it was (obviously) a rush job so we had to go before we had the boiler and the I/O Manual states 2-1/2" tappings. With such a low boiler, we liked going with extra tall risers and just upping the header to 3". Would have been fine.
But then the boiler shows up w/ 3" tappings. We had to ditch the 2-1/2" risers and reducing elbows and go to 3". No time for a 4" header when the 3" header was ready to go. But again, with such a low boiler, I think we got it all back in height.New England SteamWorks

Well Dave, always remember: nothings succeeds like excess! Especially with a tight "A" dimension.
Although I confess that I am getting a bit long in the tooth for 5" pipe!New England SteamWorks
