!st, i don't feel bad, I'm human, I make mistakes. Hopefully the mistakes I make, don't cost me alot of money to fix.
if you can give me an idea on where I should be checking around, I'd appreciate that
I'll get the analyzer out, and read over the instructions again.

To be honest, I am so happy I did the job, and I'm proud of it.
No way would I have done it, without finding this site
    again
    Thanks all

Mark....Follow the instructions in the manual. Look in the "Start Up" section.

I have the numbers from the test I did, but I don't know what they mean.
    how do the numbers look?
should i be doing something, if the numbers are not normal. and what inspection should i do?
    thanks

Your combustion numbers are within range.
If everything looks and sounds normal I would not take it apart.
If you want to you could visually inspect the fan and venturi. You would have to disassemble a few things...

I did the test over again
    o2 - 5.1
    co - 72

    p - .01
    tf - oc
    co2 9.0
    no n/f
    efc -0
    x - 32.2

should i do any other test?
I f like you say the numbers are within range, you feel I did no harm at this point in time?

if you feel the need for me to check out the fan, I will.
but my eyes do not know what to look for
the boiler seems to sound great and I changed the perameters before the test, no problem getting up to the new numbers, now my DHW does go down in flame, before it reaches target. It was always 100% or nothing

    Let it be?
or other suggestion, inspection? or tests
