Emf electric boiler tripping breaker

My wife and I bought this old 1880's home that sat for two years. Well everything seemed to work alright. We had the heating elements changed in the emf electric boiler (all four of them) before winter came. Well on day I noticed my house was freezing. When I checked, the house was sitting at 59. In the basement the furnace breaker was off. We have a pushmatic breaker box, so I pushed it to turn it back on, well the box will buzz for a moment and the boiler will buzz and then after a couple of seconds, the breaker will flip off. Not sure if I should call the furnace guy or an electrician, I'm not a huge handyman, but I am learning, but I wouldn't know how to fix this problem. Any help would be great before we freeze this winter, thanks.

Something is shorted. Probably the best bet would be an electrician.Br. Jamie, osb

Do Not reset it any more. Contact whoever changed the heating elements.0
