replaced ignitor , inducer motor turns on after 30 seconds or so pilot goes off ignitor turns off. inducer motor turns off.
SV9541 valve flashes green three times. I checked hoses, pressure valve clicks when hose is sucked or blown into. Sear tech said if ignitor does not fix then valve is bad. Could it be something else?

What's the code for 3 flashes? It should have a chart somewhere on the appliance.

3 flash code indicates the airflow proving switch remained open longer than the 30 seconds alloted for it to make after the combustion air blower energized. The system will go into the 5 minute delay period with the combustion air blower off. after 5 minutes it will try again. Possible cause could be plugged tubing from pressure switch or kinked tubing, More likely some kind of blockage in the air intake or exhaust flue system that prevents proper combustion airflow. Disconnect the vent system and see it it will run with out it connected, if it will then there is something wrong with the air intake or exhaust out of the unit. Do not leave flue disconnected as that was only a temporary check to eliminate the flue as the problem.

You may need a new pressure switch.

A blocked condensate drain can also cause it.

If it makes a water splashing sound when the inducer motor runs then like Iron says the trap or tubing is clogged. You need a manometer to check to see what's really going on.
