how do I run a hot water baseboard , off of a steam boiler, when baseboard is 9 foot higher that boiler

shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure there are no vents in the piping and that the inlet and outlet are below the water line.

You need a Bell & Gosett series 100 all bronze pump, two Bell & Gosett flo controls a by pass loop three ball valves and a fresh water supply to bleed the loop, a honeywell pump controler, and a Honeywell Aquastat to control the burner.
