Paragon EC403 manual?

Anyone know where I can download the manual for a Paragon EC403 "Heating/Cooling Energy Optimizer"? Google hasn't been able to help me, the closest I've been able to come is an EC404 w/ manual on a certain auction site (for more than I'd like to pay), and paragoncontrols.com doesn't seem to know about anything other than currently-produced airflow controls.

There is an identical-looking item at http://www.ebay.com/itm/Paragon-EC404-Heating-and-Cooling-Energy-Optimizer-w-Sensors-and-Manual-/221350665847?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3389871e77, save that my model is EC403 rather than EC40. It's a good likeness of the keypad & display, but I can't say for certain if the term strip/relays are identical. I'll try and get more pics.
