Normal Height for Gypcrete Pour

I figured may be easier to start new thread instead of burying in my previous post. As far as I can see from Maxxon as normal pour with sleepers has the gypcrete level with the top of the sleepers not below the sleepers as it can create a void.

Did I get this right?

    Shrinkage

The condition you have is very common. I think it is unavoidable. We normally glue wood floors over gyp. You could use a trowelable glue to fill the gap.
