I'M WORKING ON 150K BTU BOILER SYSTEM THATS SUPPLING TWO HOMES THE FIRST IS THREE STORIES THE SECOND IS TWO STORIES.THIS SYSTEM ALSO HAS BASEBROAD RADS CONNECTED INTO THE SYSTEM WITH PURGE VALVES.THE RADIATORS ON THE FIRST FLOORS ARE HOT HEATING,THE SYSTEM IS OLD AND IT HAS BEEN FLUSHED SERVERAL TIMES AND BLEED ALSO.

may be the radiators are not heating on the first floor after purging. Dont know which structure or both has the problem though.0 -
how to fill
How did you flush your system ? Are you certain you purged the cold rads? Where is the expansion tank ?0 -
